Rock climbing is an exhilarating, addictive sport and
a superb method of cross training. Rock climbing will help you develop deep strength in your upper body, core, buttocks, and legs, while increasing flexibility and endurance in every muscle in your body.
RAC rock climbing programs offer you the opportunity to try a new sport, practice your existing climbing skills, transform your body, and add interest to your current workout regime.
