Rock climbing is an exhilarating, addictive sport and a superb method of cross training. Rock climbing will help you develop deep strength in your upper body, core, buttocks, and legs, while increasing flexibility and endurance in every muscle in your body.

The RAC climbing wall is a beautiful, 1500 square foot, 25 foot tall visual center piece situated in the heart of the club. Route grades vary in difficulty from 5.4 to 5.11’s. Boulder area problems range from V0 to V10's.
The RAC climbing area is complete with a bouldering cave, vertical and traversing slabs, varied terrain, interesting routes, and surprising problems. This offers ideal routes for beginners while providing challenging and interesting routes for experienced climbers.
Routes, handholds, and ropes are monitored, changed, and set on regular schedule to maintain a safe, and varied wall.
