Sgt. Mike Lawson is a former NATO Commando, who
graduated #1 in his French Foreign Legion School.
Mike has been training and coaching basketball for 20+
years, including the likes of high school, collegiate
and professional athletes. Sgt. Lawson's Boot Camp
has helped train thousands of individuals in the Puget
Sound area.
Currently Mike is running boot camp sessions Tuesday
and Thursday nights at 6pm at the RAC. These sessions
are free to members and $10 for drop ins. Mike's next
full boot camp series will start in March. Details to be
