Boot camp is an intensive, outdoor fitness class series that is a full-body workout. Each session includes cardiovascular training, agility drills, upper and lower body resistance, balance and core strengthening. Boot camp will be held rain or shine. Participants will need to bring water in a backpack and wear suitable shoes for the outdoors.
