Julie Vance

Group Cycling - Mondays, noon; Tues/Thurs 6:00pm, and Saturdays, 8:00am,
Dynamic Group Strength Training - Tues/Thurs, 5:15am
Muscle Sculpting – Saturdays, 9:15am.

Julie has nine combined years of extensive Group Fitness and Group Cycling instruction to her credits. She currently teaches a variety of fitness classes and serves as Group Cycling Coordinator for the Redmond Athletic Club. She is certified by the Johnny GŠ Spinning Program, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the American Council on Exercise.

Julie's is constantly learning through continuing education classes and workshops. She specifically focuses this quest for knowledge in the areas of Spinning, core strength training, muscle sculpting and isolation, and exercise periodization scheduling.

Julie is committed to a healthy, active lifestyle. She derives great inspiration from being around people who seek the same. She is passionate about helping others find their personal motivations, set goals, and improve their health and well-being.

Julie's message to her students is this: "Every person deserves time in their day to feel positive, strong, and centered; activity and fitness can provide that."

When not teaching, you'll find Julie running, water and snow skiing, hiking, or golfing.
