Intro to Group cycling - 1st Saturday of every month

Zumba - Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:20pm

Come dance your way to a fitter you and have fun doing it! ZUMBA® is a fusion of latin dance steps and aerobics. This class is great for blasting calories, increasing abdominal strength while decreasing your waistline, and learning new dance skills. ZUMBA® incorporates a wide variety of dance styles and it's ok if you've never danced before. The only requirement for this class is to have fun! Please wear comfy shoes and you may want to bring a water bottle. Come join the ZUMBA® party!


Elizabeth is an energetic and outgoing person that has a passion for dance. She developed a love for dance at an early age and has trained in Ballet, Jazz, and Modern Dance.
She has taught fitness classes, Ballroom Dance with Fred Astaire Dance Studio’s, and majored in Theatre Arts and Dance at Southern Utah University, where she trained under Burch Mann, founder of The American Folk Ballet.

One of Elizabeth’s favorite pastimes is Salsa dancing! She has always had a flare for Latin dances and while vacationing in South America, several years ago, Elizabeth discovered ZUMBA and instantly fell in love with this new fitness dance craze. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for staying fit while teaching ZUMBA classes and invites you to join the party for a great work out!

Elizabeth holds certifications in Zumba, Group Exercise – AFAA, PiYo, and is currently in the process of certifying in BodyPump.

In addition to teaching Zumba, Elizabeth works full time as an Account Manager for SolutionsIQ, an IT Consulting company, and has 5 children who also keep her very busy! Other interests include: Racquetball, Salsa dancing, reading, traveling, and all variations of dance!
