I have been working in the fitness business since 1994. I have taught group fitness classes at various gyms, taught small and large group boot camps, and personal trained one-on-one.
I practice everything I preach: strength training, aerobic exercise like running, cycling, and sprints, and have a functional strength, core, stability, balance and flexibility program I challenge myself with regularly.
I mix it up to keep me motivated and stimulated. My goal is to be as healthy as I can for life. Teaching people how to be healthy through fitness is what I love to do. Currently I teach On the Ball at 9:15 am on Fridays.

Step, Spinning, and body sculpting classes
