I have been a member at the RAC since '97. My enthusiasm for fitness led me to become a Certified Instructor. I have had the joy of instructing at the RAC for the past several years.
A native to Washington, and the Eastside, I live in Redmond with my husband, Keith our parrot, Margherita and dog, R’emy.
